Free Standard Delivery

Siedrés offers complimentary standard delivery on all orders. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Once your order is placed, it will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends & holidays observed in Türkiye.
Once your order and payment details are verified, we will prepare your items for dispatch.

Delivery times are calculated from the day your order is confirmed by Siedrés.
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If significant delays are expected, we will notify you promptly via email or telephone.

We currently do not offer shipping to the following countries: Russia, Israel, Iran and Turkmenistan. For more information, please refer to our complete shipping policy.

For orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union, we cover all taxes and customs duties. However, for orders shipped to other countries, additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply based on your local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled with the relevant authorities upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Siedrés is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You can also reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
