Returns & Exchanges
All articles submitted for a return request must be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
Please note that we only accept parcels sent via DHL or local postal services that provide a tracking number (Deutsche Post, La Poste, Correos etc). Siedrés is not accountable for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and that they are securely packaged.
Once we receive your item(s), your refund will be processed within 5 - 7 business days, to the original payment method used when placing the order. Please also note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded together with your purchase order. Refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will notify you of the status of your refund after the returned items have been inspected by our Quality Control department.
Siedrés reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
You have 14 days from the date your items arrive to request a return and ship them back to us at SIEDRÉS.
